Coronation Street’s Bethany Platt and Daniel Osbourne set to rekindle their romance following the teacher’s explosive split from Daisy Midgeley, AI has claimed.
Over the past year, ITV fans have been gripped to their screens as the loveable barmaid and Ryan Connor have been growing closer. At the start of the year, the pair were attacked by her stalker who threw acid on them moments before she was due to walk down the aisle.
Since then, the pair have been involved in a steamy affair behind her fiancé’s back. After he found out, Daisy broke up with Ryan just as Daniel called off their wedding, leaving the brunette beauty single this Christmas.

And things are only set to get more interesting in Weatherfield this year after Bethany returned to the cobbles after five years away from the show. With the blonde bombshell determined to stir up trouble on the cobbles, Daily Star has quizzed one of the world’s most popular artificially intelligent ‘creative’ tools Bard AI to see if the budding journalist will get back together with Daniel.

When asked what the future held for the former flames, the program predicted: “A Bethany and Daniel entanglement will definitely spice things up and has definite potential for messy drama.
“The possibility of them getting back together on Coronation Street is definitely on the table right now, with recent developments creating quite the dramatic scenario! Her arrival rekindles their chemistry, and they already shared an intimate moment, suggesting renewed potential.”
The system went on to point out several reasons why the pair should reconnect on the ITV soap. The first is their past connection, noting: “Daniel and Bethany shared a deep bond and even got engaged before things fell apart. There’s still a clear attraction and understanding between them.”
Another factor that could lead to a future romance between them is Daisy’s recent betrayal. It explained: “Daniel’s recent heartbreak from Daisy’s infidelity could push him towards someone he trusts, like Bethany.”

Bard AI pointed out that there could still be a lot of hurt feelings between the two which pushed Bethany to move to the Big Smoke. Loyal fans will remember how Daniel accidentally said the wrong name when popping the question to Bethany – exposing his feelings for his late wife Sinead.
It suggested: “Their previous relationship ended due to Daniel’s mistake, and forgiveness might not be straightforward. They haven’t properly addressed the past, and those underlying problems could resurface.”
But this might not be the only hunk that Bethany will fall for as bad boy Damon Hay returns to the cobbles in the new year. Speaking to Daily Star and other press, Tina O’Brien warned that the journalist may not be a fan of the hunk but could fall for his charms.

She told us: “I’m not sure she’ll like Damon. I think she’ll be quite outspoke about the fact that Damon is bad news.
“However, when she gets to know him, I wonder if Bethany might end up being charmed by Damon because Bethany back in the day had a thing for Calum [Logan] when Sarah was going out with him. So you never know.”
