Kanye West has reportedly been named in a police report by the Los Angeles Police Department as a battery suspect, after allegedly punching a man in the face.
The rapper says the unnamed man “sexually assaulted” his wife Bianca Censori by putting his hand under her dress, grabbing her around the waist and blowing her kisses. In the official report, obtained by TMZ, cops claimed the man “pushed or grabbed” Bianca, though Kanye’s reps claimed otherwise to Daily Mail.
TMZ claimed Kanye punched the man in retaliation, though he “did not require any treatment for injuries”. The man filed a battery report while Kanye and Bianca left the scene.

The rapper’s team claimed to Daily Mail: “‘Grabbed’ is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted. The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted.”
The alleged incident came just hours after Bianca was seen walking around Disneyland in California barefoot, wearing a yellow shift dress over flesh-coloured shapewear. She wore cut-out socks on each foot and held hands with her husband, who wore an oversized white hoodie and grey sweatpants.
Bianca was seen with her cropped brunette hair styled up in a bun at the top of her neck, while Kanye rocked dark shades. Fans branded Bianca’s getup “inappropriate” in a theme park surrounded by children.
One fan said: “Doesn’t Disney have a dress code?” while somebody else echoed: “Any non-celebrity would not be able to wear that in parks.” A third social media user agreed: “If other people dressed like that they’d make her wear Disney clothes to cover up. Booo.”
Earlier this year, the news broke that Kanye is being sued by a man he allegedly punched outside a members-only club in Los Angeles back in 2022. The man was reportedly seeking an autograph from Ye, but alleged the rapper lost it with him during the altercation.

Court documents claim Kanye yelled: “I’m going to make a f***ing example out of you”, referenced his split from ex-wife Kim Kardashian, and punched him. The man reportedly asked Kanye for an apology, only to be told: “Apology for what?”
The plaintiff claims Kanye hit him several more times, “severely injuring him” in the process. He was allegedly asked to stop by someone with him, but instead told him to “go to the f***ing house and get my f***ing kids.” While the man is suing Kanye for damages, his wife is also suing him for loss of consortium – the loss of sexual relations, comfort or the ability to bear children as the result of an incident.
