Kerry Katona has left fans swooning after she showed off her incredible weight loss by stripping down to her underwear.
The TV favourite, 43, whose career spans nearly three decades, has always been open about her weight loss journey. Recently, she revealed that she lost over 3st last year – which has helped boost her confidence and improve her mental health.
And on Sunday (January 7) she shared an update on Instagram. Taking to her social media, she uploaded a snap of her standing on a set of scales, with 9 stone 11lbs on the display.

Alongside the photo, she promoted her brand M-FIT – which she created with fiancé Ryan Mahoney. The reality star wrote: “@mfitofficial woohoo!!! From 13’3 come join me!!!!! Link in my bio.”
Hours later, Kerry showed off the results of her weight loss via a stunning mirror selfie. In a snap shared to her Instagram, Kerry looked nothing short of sensational.
The presenter rolled up her blue t-shirt and pulled down her pink jogging bottoms as she posed for the camera. Flashing her thong and body ink, Kerry made sure all eyes were on her small waist.
Oozing beauty, Kerry appeared to go makeup-free for the picture and tied her blonde locks back into a bun. In the caption, she said: “Wow, what a journey!”
Keery added: “So bloody proud of myself, and will continue travelling on this path of self-love, self-worth and most importantly, my health @mfitofficial from 13:3st to 9:11st.” Unsurprisingly, fans were left piling the compliments high.
Rushing to the comments section, one person said: “Wow stunning as always. Someone else gushed: “Well done Kerry you look amazing!” A third dished out a compliment and penned: “Sexy mama.”

In a recent interview, Kerry revealed how she’s managed to lose over three stone by exercising, doing MFIT workouts and counting calories. She told OK! Magazine: “Losing the weight is great, but I want to look toned now.”
Kerry also said she’s given up “lots of carbs and cut out bread.” She added: “If I want a snack, then I have tuna and rice with pesto small portions like that. Before because I wasn’t exercising, I would just be snacking on carbs and rubbish food.”
