Kourtney Kardashian is totally topless in a brand new selfie.
In the picture, Kourtney posed wearing a black lace bodysuit with sheer panels that showed off her figure as she covered her chest with one arm. In her other hand, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians icon held a breast pump as she looked down at what she was doing.
She paired the look with black pointed stiletto heels while in full glam get up, including a full face of makeup with eyeshadow, contour and nude lipstick. She styled her signature brunette hair in a middle parting with long layers that tumbled over her shoulders as she crossed her legs to pump.

In the caption, Kourtney wrote: “That’s life,” as fans rushed to comment on her recent snaps and selfies. Someone said: “Love the pump picture. Woman deserve to be worshipped. Our bodies literally create and grow life and then feed it…with the same body [red heart and praising emoji].”
Her sibling Khloe proudly stated “that’s my sister” while fellow A-lister Chrissy Teigen also left red heart emojis for the reality TV star. Another loyal fan added: “Pumping and looking amazing! Why not show it off, thank you for normalising pumping and breastfeeding.”
Someone else wrote “wow” as another comment praised her for the “glamorous pumping session”. One keen fan typed: “We see you living your life, KK,” as another person said: “Kourtney is a sexy mumma! [heart-eyed, red heart and flame emojis].”
More people branded the influencer a “sexy little thing,” “beautiful,” “cute,” “glamorous” and a “powerhouse”. One person even gushed that they are “so happy for her beautiful family”. Kourtney added other pictures to the post, which included a gorgeous selfie with wet hair and dark makeup.

She also added a picture of her newborn son clutching a silver chain necklace, a quick snap of herself and Travis Barker walking Rocky in a stroller, a staircase full of red roses, a retro black car and a shot of the baby blue pram next to a huge swimming pool while the sun set on the horizon.
