Love Island’s Laura Anderson cosied up to Gary Lucy for the festive season as they rang in the New Year together with their daughter Bonnie.
Fans have shared their hope of the pair giving it another go after they previously split just before Laura gave birth last year. The pair spent Christmas Day together and as they joined millions in celebrating 2024, they posed together on New Year’s Eve too.
The pair, who sparked speculation of a reunion after spending Christmas Day together, enjoyed a lavish dinner at London’s Gilgamesh restaurant. Laura, 34, shared a video of the celebrations with her 1.5 million Instagram followers. “Happy New Year everyone” she toasted, before showing Bonnie bouncing on her dad’s knee.

Despite splitting in early 2023, Laura recently told OK! that Gary was by her side when she gave birth to Bonnie last year. “I don’t feel like I could have done it without Gary there” she said.
Fans are hopeful for a reconciliation, especially after Laura posted a photo of the trio in matching festive pyjamas on Christmas Day. People have since commented on the snap with one user writing: “Making it work for your gorgeous girl… just how it should be. Together or not.”
Another said: “Too cute. I love you two together.” It came after she shared a cute video of Bonnie sleeping in her dad’s arms with the words “It’s all too much” as Love Actually music played.
Laura said they’re not focusing on romance but want to be great co-parents. “It’s going to be a journey as she’s only a baby and this is all new to me, but I try to include Gary as much as I can,” she told Closer magazine. “She has two parents and I want her to know that I always put her first.”
Laura explained how they manage co-parenting with her in Glasgow and Gary in Essex. “He can come here whenever he wants to see her and I’m taking the lead from him,” she said.
“I want them to have a bond and I want him to witness all the changes, the smiles and the little giggles because time just goes so fast.”
“We’ve not fully worked it out yet and I imagine it’ll be easier to schedule things when Bonnie’s a bit older. But for now, if I come down to London for work, I always tell him so he can see her.”
