Love Island fans have been left frustrated after they picked up on Chris Taylor’s annoying habit.
The 33-year-old is currently navigating life as an All Star in the South African villa and is smitten with stunning Arabella Chi. But while his hilarious chat was able to win model Arabella over, viewers at home have been left cringing.
Fans have been particularly frustrated with Chris’ frequent use of the word “rizz”. Chris has also said “forbidden rizz”, “daytime rizz” and “playground rizz”.

Hearing him use the word on multiple occasions, fans have taken to X formerly known as Twitter to complain. One viewer fumed: “I WILL PERSONALLY PAY HIM TO STOP SAYING RIZZ.”

Another penned: “Chris REPEATEDLY saying rizz at his big age.” A third complained: “Can Chris stop saying rizz please.”
While a fourth added: Get Chris out the villa, what is this rizz! We have had daytime rizz and staring into each others eyes, up ur game or pack ur bags…..”
The word Rizz was the Oxford Word of the Year in 2023. The word is short for charisma, and can also mean seducing or charming a romantic partner.

Although Chirs has been getting to know Arabella the arrival of bombshell Sophie Piper has thrown a spanner in the works. On tonight’s episode, Chris comes clean and confesses his attraction to Sophie.
Talking to Arabella, he says: “Me and Sophie have met before and I’ll be honest, I have had a crush on her for a bit. She ended the date, saying she wants to keep chatting to me and I share the same sentiment.”
Taken aback, Arabella decides to seek advice from Josh but reveals the news has left her hurt. She admits: “It’s not the nicest feeling…did he really need to tell me that?”

The following day Chris pulls Sophie for a chat, as the two hold hands and walk past a shocked Arabella as she says: “Oh my God, they are holding hands…is that real? Wow. That is so disrespectful.”
Seeing all the drama in store in the first look clip, fans have shared their thougts online. One viewer said: “Chris is definitely playing games just to be in the spotlight.”
Another penned: “Yikes!! But let’s be fair Arabella needed to landed back to earth, she had been going on feeling like she could have any guy she wants and can’t imagine Chris would actually say he was crushing on Sophie when he is already coupled up with her.”
