Love Island fans seem to think Arabella Chi may be plotting her way to the final after Chris Taylor told her he wants to get to know new bombshell, Sophie Piper.
During Thursday night’s show, Arabella was left in a state of confusion as Chris made it clear that he wanted to get to know Sophie and that he always had a crush on her. To add salt to Arabella’s wounds, Chris was later seen holding hands with Sophie as they went to the firepit to discuss their potential romance.
Later on in the show, model Arabella decided to confront Chris on his actions while trying to understand how he had a change of heart so soon. But viewers weren’t as sympathetic for Arabella as they seemed to think that she had a potential game plan.

Seeing their disagreement unfold on screen, one fan wrote: “Arabella thinking Chris was the safe option to the final and now got her knickers in a twist because he has respect for himself and isn’t gonna let her scream in his face.”
Another viewer said: “Arabella thought she would have an EASY ride with Chris to the finale.” A third echoed: “Arabella thought she’d get to be with Chris until the final looool.”
While a fourth added: “Chris has done absolutely nothing wrong. He’s been totally honest. And he clocked Arabella, she’s only upset cause none of the other boys are interested in her. She wanted to have her cake and eat it and it backfired.”
But others seem to think Chris’ attitude was rather cold towards Arabella’s pain. Some also pointed out that Chris holding Sophie’s hands was uncalled for.
One viewer said: “Chris has a dismissive avoidant style as when Arabella confronted him as she wasn’t happy with him holding hands with Sophie& she declared that she likes him. He was being cold and distant.”
Another shared: “Love Chris however the way he told her to tone it down riled me up as I am a gal with a naturally loud voice.” While a third added: “Icl I’m with Arabella. Chris completely did a U-turn as soon as Sophie entered that villa. The switch up was scary.”
At the end of the show, fans found out who Sophie and Tom Clare had been voted to couple up with. As the recoupling in the boys hands, fans will have to wait and see what’s next to come.
