MAFS UK Eve and Charlie’s fate ‘confirmed’ as fans notice major ‘spoiler’

Potential Married at First Sight UK spoilers follow…

Married at First Sight fans think they have worked out how one couple in this year’s series will fare.

Viewers are already getting stuck into the new series of the Channel 4 series, which sees singletons get married minutes after first meeting their partner. Fans have been revelling in the show’s chaos as it kicked off on Monday (September 16), with a slew of “chaos”.

With the end of the first week drawing near, viewers are still getting to know the lucky singletons who have put their trust in science in the hope of finding love. Among the 14 contestants are Eve Reid and Charlie Curtis, who first met on Tuesday’s episode.

Eve, 31, from Omagh in County Tyrone was bowled over when she met her bride. She was partnered with Charlie, 30, from Sussex – which immediately threw a spanner in the works as Eve had been hoping for a wife who was close to home.

During the episode, Charli revealed she realised her sexuality later in her life, having only come out at the age of 25. However, she praised her experience of discovery, saying that it was a turning point in her life that could help her become her “true authentic self”.

But while sparks appeared to fly during the episode, eagle-eyed fans noticed something was off and immediately started investigating the couple. It was at this point one user took to the MAFSUK Reddit page to drop a huge bombshell.

Writing in a post titled “I noticed something about Eve”, the author penned: “On Instagram she clearly has a girlfriend (look at her most recent post and comments), she has also posted nothing about MAFS at all. I have a feeling she may have dropped out of the show early or something bad happened as she doesn’t even acknowledge that she’s on it?”

The revelation shocked viewers, who believed that producers had let a huge plot line of the show slip in their oversight of Eve’s Instagram profile. Following some extra prying into the reality star’s profile, it appeared that Eve’s experience might not have been all it was cracked up to be.

A second user noted: “The tone of the posts is trying a little too hard to say she is dating someone and is over it. Same as her Insta bio. I’m really intrigued to know what happened as the preview looked promising last night.”

They added: “From Nathan [Valentino]’s account last year, the producers will try everything to keep you to stay in. So it must have been something big to make her completely disavow MAFS.”

The original poster responded to this adding: “I also stalked Charlie’s TikTok and there’s a few shady TikToks there.” No specific details on how the couple fare have been revealed by producers on the show in the wake of the discovery.

Married at First Sight airs every Monday to Thursday at 9pm on E4.
