Netflix’s naughtiest shows – graphic sex scenes, self love and Bridgerton bonks

Netflix has streamed some seriously saucy series over the years.

The platform has become known for producing a number of steamy shows that get their viewers seriously hot under the collar, including classics like Bridgerton and Sex Education. Many of Netflix’s original projects feature NSFW subjects and scenes that you definitely won’t want to watch with the ‘rents.

First off, the X-rated romance series Bridgerton follows the lives of the Bridgerton family as they navigate the world and search for suitors. This period drama is chock full of sex scenes and is known for its scandalous storylines.

Actors Nicola Coughlan and Luke Newton even broke furniture while filming their racy season three scenes. The Penelope Featherington actress joked “hell yeah we did” when asked in a recent interview: “There were moments where we could explore the scene and try it different ways and that ended up in a piece of furniture getting broken!”

Bridgerton’s saucy scenes are not for the faint of heart

Another iconic, sex-positive series is the incredible Sex Education. Highly praised for showing unconventional relationships, it’s realistic portrayal of teen angst and relationships, and for breaking taboos by opening conversations about lesser known topics, the show also features a whole host of steamy scenes.

From masturbation to sex toys, first times and STIs, Sex Education does exactly that – educating audiences in a fun and entertaining way with, of course, a number of intimate moments sprinkled throughout.

Netflix viewers were left stunned by 365 Days

2020 romance thriller 365 Days is another flick that set the internet ablaze when it was first released. The graphic scenes meant that it quickly gained attention across the world and skyrocketed as one of the most watched films on the streaming platform that year.

Sex/Life follows a woman who realises there’s something missing from her life after living as a wife and a mother to her young children. Yep, you guessed it – that something is sex.

Sex Education touches upon a number of “taboo” topics

For those interested in the darker side of things, Lady Voyeur is a Brazilian thriller that follows a hacker who spies on a sex worker who lives across the street and things get dangerous when she decides to take it to the next level.
