P Diddy has declared “the truth will prevail” through a statement issued by his legal team.
The 54 year old rapper, who was arrested last month on criminal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution, is now facing an additional six lawsuits filed by lawyer Tony Buzbee. TMZ reported that four of these lawsuits involve male accusers, with one alleged victim claiming he was 16 when he was invited to one of Combs’ parties in 1998.
In a statement to Metro.co.uk, the musician’s lawyers said: “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity.” They added: “Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process.

They concluded: “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, man or woman.” Court documents obtained by Page Six reveal that one unidentified female alleges Combs raped her in 2004 after she was invited to a photo shoot and then to his Marriott hotel room in Manhattan.
She claims that at an “exclusive party”, she was taken to a “separate room” away from the main event where she alleges Combs assaulted her and her friend. She further alleges that Diddy then “threatened to have them both killed” if they did not comply with his demands.
An unnamed male has also filed civil allegations against Combs, claiming he was the victim of aggravated sexual assault in a Macy’s department store stockroom back in 2008. The accuser alleges that he was cornered by the rapper and two bodyguards who threatened to “kill” him while Combs supposedly carried out a sex act.
Another man has come forward with accusations that Combs drugged and sodomized him in a van during a White Party in 2006, ignoring his pleas for help and assuring him he would “be alright.” These claims are part of the latest civil lawsuits filed against Combs by attorney Tony Buzbee, who recently declared he is representing over 120 alleged victims of Combs.
Despite the mounting allegations, Combs has consistently denied any misconduct following his arrest on federal charges in September. Currently held without bail, Combs has entered a plea of not guilty.
