Peter Andre UK tour blow as poor ticket sales see prices slashed to just a quid

Peter Andre’s forthcoming tour isn’t shaping up to be the massive success he had anticipated, according to report.

The 51-year-old Australian singer is scheduled to hit the road in January. The UK gigs will feature the Mysterious Girl sensation belting out hits from legendary American singer Frankie Valli, 90.

However, ticket sales have reportedly been disappointing compared to his previous sell-out performances, with tickets now available for a mere £1. The tour will see Pete gracing the stage at over 41 venues between January and March next year.

Despite some venues attracting a good crowd, others are reported to have been sluggish in terms of ticket sales. Despite concerns about the pace of ticket sales, Pete is juggling his business ventures and has disclosed a new gig he has recently bagged.

The artist is set to try his hand at acting as he has secured a role in a new Channel 5 drama. Although he has appeared in shows like Grease in recent years, he is taking it up a notch and is all set for this undisclosed project, reports the Mirror.

He unveiled last month: “I have got a part in a new Channel 5 drama as one of the lead characters, which I’m excited about.I can’t reveal the name of it just yet or give much away, but I start filming next month and can’t wait to get stuck in. Watch this space! “.

Peter is also currently relishing life with his newborn daughter, Arabella. The six-month-old is Pete’s fifth child, and third with Emily MacDonagh.

Giving an update on the little one last week, Pete expressed that spending time with her has been “amazing”.

Gushing over his family life to the Mirror, Pete exclaimed: “Arabella is six months old this week and I’m so grateful I’ve been able to spend so much quality time with her and Emily recently. It’s been amazing just to be there with Emily and go through the whole process together. She’s now at the stage where things change, she’s pretty much sleeping through the night and is ready to start weaning. Adding an extra child in the mix is a big change, a beautiful but hectic one. The family actually feels complete now with the baby, it’s perfect.”

Delving into who little Arabella takes after, Pete disclosed: “I’m beginning to see some resemblances between Arabella and Theo; she certainly shares some of his features.”

Pete has been keeping his youngest away from the spotlight and vows to continue keeping things that way due to concerns about AI technology. He shared: “Arabella has a cute little triangle of hair at the back of her head and it is so adorable I posted a picture on Instagram,” adding: “I can’t believe how grown up she is now.

“Like Millie and Theo, it’s unlikely Emily and I will show her face on social media. AI, for example, can be a scary thing in regard to stealing children’s identity and we don’t know enough about how these images can be used in future.”
