Playboy model Masuimi Max’s cause of death has finally been revealed.
The Maxim model was found dead in her home near Las Vegas, Nevada when paramedics were called to her house on January 25. More than a month later, her death has been ruled an accidental overdose from cocaine and fentanyl, according to TMZ.
The 45-year-old dancer was set to perform on stage at a Vegas Chaos anniversary event two days later at the time of her death. Officials immediately started an investigation into her passing, but it has since been revealed that no foul play is suspected.

Her impressive modelling career first kickstarted back in 2000s when her gorgeous photoshoot snaps made the cover of various magazines. Her glamorous snaps featured in Alt Magazine and Bizarre Magazine.
She also ventured into the acting world and made small appearances in films such as Cornman: American Vegetable Hero and Giantess Battle Attack. Masuimi shared the screen with Samuel L. Jackson and Ice Cube in the 2005 film xXx: State of the Union.
More recently, the star was spotted hanging out with big musicians in the Las Vegas area. After the news of her death hit the headlines, her account was flooded with tributes on social media.
Her friend Ashleeta Beauchamp wrote: “I’m so grateful we reconnected thank you for mentoring me when I first started out in this industry and giving me opportunities I cannot believe this is real.” Fans of the model also shared their heartbreak online.
One user penned: “If it’s true, RIP Goddess. You left a massive imprint on this world.” Another gushed: “Rest in paradise lovely! I always thought you were such a rock star. I’m so saddened to hear of your passing. You will be missed.”
On her final post on Instagram, the star shared a video of herself as she made faces at the camera and gave it the middle finger. She simply captioned the clip with three fire emojis as her fans shared their grief at her death.
Photographer Vivian Strory said: “I am crushed at the news. Thank you for being a part of our lives and giving me an early start at my career working with you. Forever a favourite.
“I’ll treasure the images and time we had together. I hope you weren’t suffering and hope you rule the heavens now. Love you and you will be remembered. I’ll make sure of it.”
Another user wrote: “Rest in paradise lovely! I always thought you were such a rock star. I’m so saddened to hear of your passing. You will be missed.”
A third chimed in with: “Rest in peace beautiful, you inspired so many of us. Your legacy will always be remembered through your incredible art and impact you made on the industry.”
