Rochelle Humes has admitted that she and husband Marvin Humes can often irritate each other.

And according to Rochelle, she says that they support each other’s careers, but admits that they don’t always see eye to eye, reports the Mirror. She said: “If I’m p****d off, I’m telling him; if he’s p****d off, he’s telling me.
“We’re not mind readers. We know we love each other and all of that…But there’s a lot that comes in the middle of that three kids, work, life.”
The chart-topping pop star then shared the one rule they have in their relationship. Rochelle told Women’s Health UK magazine: “We’ve always had this rule that we can’t both shine at once.
“So, if he’s on tour, I’m gonna pull back…I’m on the school run because we always make sure it’s one of us on the school run and working in the school hours.”
Rochelle and Marvin Humes, both pop stars from The Saturdays and JLS respectively, first crossed paths at a gig in Ireland when they were just 16. Rochelle shared with The Mirror: “We met actually when I was younger, when I was probably about 16. Nothing [romantic]. Fast forward a few years on, he was in JLS, I was in The Saturdays. We were at a club, and they had put all the bands together.”
In a cheeky move, Marvin nabbed Rochelle’s number by calling himself from her phone while she was away. She recalled, laughing: ‘It was weird. In a creepy, restraining order way.” The pair started dating soon after, broke up eight months later, but eventually got back together. In 2013, Rochelle gave birth to their first child, Alaia-Mai, at the age of 25, which surprised her friends.
Speaking to Women’s Health, she said: “Whenever I had a baby, I think it shocked my friendship group a little bit. I probably didn’t think I’d have kids till about now and I’m about to turn 35…You can never plan these things. Like my mum says, ‘Make a plan; God laughs…[It’s] like we’re the Spice Girls. In your friendship group, everyone has to be one ‘she’s the flirty one! She’s the career girl! She’s the homemaker! ‘ Who says that you can’t have an empire and have a family? “.
