Sarah Jayne Dunn has opened up about the embarrassing moment her skirt came undone on stage.
The former Hollyoaks actress , 42, recalled the wardrobe blunder during an episode of OFTV’s In Real Life in a conversation with host Casey Boonstra. She has been a content creator since 2021 after her contract got terminated by bosses at the Channel 4 soap due to her decision to keep her profile on adult subscription site.
Opening up about her highlights of working as an actress, Sarah explained: “The people I worked with, the place I got to go. I just love performing so to perform and act with other incredible performers is just the best. I love that there’s loads of different parts to being an actor. You can do TV, film, theatre and they are all different. The adrenaline rush you get from doing a live performance is very different to doing a performance on TV or film because you can’t mess up.

“You’ve got to keep going and the show must go on. I did a show once, it was like a period drama, and I tripped over my long skirt which came undone and fell down. I had lift it back up and carry on with this emotional scene.” Casey was left gobsmacked at Sarah’s confession and the pair were left in fits of laughter.

OFTV’s show In Real Life comprises some of the UK’s most successful content creators and also including boxers Ebanie Bridges and Elle Brooke and model Eliza Watson. In each of the six episodes of the show, host Casey spends the day with one of the creators and takes them on an action-packed adventure, from falconry with Kerry Katona to ice skating with Sarah. After pulling them out of their comfort zone and capturing their reaction to a new experience, she gets to know them in a casual interview format.

It comes after Sarah publicly shamed an online troll who appeared to laugh at suggestions anyone would be interested in her ‘middle-aged’ OnlyFans content. Taking to her Instagram account on Monday (February 12), the mum-of-one called out the user in question before going on to declare why she enjoys – and is so comfortable in – uploading racy contents for her legion of fans.
The troll made the remark following an interview last week in which Sarah slammed soap bosses for installing clauses in actors’ contracts preventing them for joining OnlyFans themselves. The star said she is embracing “femininity and my sexuality” and will not let any negativity get to her as she continues to delight those who appreciate her stunning content.
Taking to her Instagram story, Sarah Jayne publicly shamed a particular comment she had received from a user called Richard, which read: “Why would you wanna see a middle aged 42-year old getting her kit off?” “Oh Richard,” Sarah Jayne sighed in response. “Thank you for being a prime example of basically what I was saying in a lot of my interview. So yes – I am a middle-aged woman and yes, I do embrace my femininity and my sexuality and my body.
“I feel confident, and do you know what? I’m going to do it even more because of people like you that tell women like me that after a certain age we can’t do that – we can’t be sexual, we can’t be sexy. Well I tell you what – we absolutely can. So thanks, Richard. And just to prove it here’s proof that people do find me sexy [pointing to the number of her subscribers]”. Assessing Richard’s profile, Sarah Jayne hit back further: “In fact, you look like you’re middle-aged too so I don’t know who you’re going for. Maybe you should reconsider.”
