Saturday Night Takeaway presenters Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly issued an apology over one guest’s slip up.
As host Ant made his way up to Prakash, a member of the audience, he exclaimed: “Oh f***,” before covering it up by quipping: “Oh Jesus!” During the show, the two presenters played a game with Prakash as Loose Women star Judi Love entered his kitchen.
The guest had to play a game of spot the difference as the Loose Women star added decorations and objects into his home in order to win a “Takeaway Getaway” break.

Once the countdown began, he started to point out the changes in his kitchen and during his opportunity, he guessed all the differences correctly. As the segment finished, the camera cut back to Ant on the Saturday Night Takeaway stage.
The presenter then issued a statement: “Amazing! Well done all of our players, let’s see a big thank you to all of our celebrity snoopers tonight […] just a little apology if you did hear a bit of language during that, we are very sorry. Live TV and all that, very sorry about that,” as Ant stirred the pot and demanded to know “who it was”.
Dec joked: “I’m not saying any names…but, Prakash!” as the audience laughed along with the joke. One person took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and noted that the show had “apologised for swearing”.
Another viewer said: “Did he just swear? Lol,” with a hashtag of the show’s name. The incident comes just after fans’ complaints about the show’s final series.
Saturday Night Takeaway is currently airing its final season and the first episode of the series left viewers feeling “gutted”. One person wrote: “I can’t believe that this is the final series of Saturday Night Takeaway, I’m gonna miss it. I wonder what Ant and Dec have up their sleeves for us next #SaturdayNightTakeaway.”
Another fan of the show added: “#SaturdayNightTakeaway Aww, is it really the last series?” More disappointed fans flocked to share their thoughts on the decision as one person typed: “All ready for #SaturdayNightTakeaway, feeling excited and gutted it’s the last series.”
Someone else also said they were excited, but were feeling “sad as [its] the beginning of the end”.
