Saved By The Bell is an iconic 90s show that everyone loved.
The show follows a group of high school friends and their principal at the fictional Bayside High School in Los Angeles.
The series ran for four seasons, airing its final episode in May 1993 and the show was named one of the “20 Best School Shows of all Time” by AOL TV.

The series starred the likes of Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Dustin Diamond, Lark Voorhies, Dennis Haskins, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, Elizabeth Berkley, and Mario Lopez.
Daily Star have decided to dust off the old Bayside High School yearbook and see what everyone’s favorite stars are up to now.
Mario Lopez
Mario starred as popular jock and Army brat A.C. Slater on the show. In 2008, Mario met the Broadway dancer, actress, and producer Courtney Mazza on A Chorus Line on Broadway in New York. They married in Punta Mita, Mexico on December 1, 2012, and share a daughter and two sons.
After the show, Mario became an icon of health and fitness and was the cover feature for the November 2013 issue of FitnessRX For Men magazine. To stay fit Mario is an amateur boxer and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu;
Mark-Paul Gosselaar
Mark played the role of Zack Morris on the show In a July 2009 interview with People, Gosselaar revealed that while Saved by the Bell was in production, he dated, at different times, his three female co-stars: Lark Voorhies, Tiffani Thiessen, and Elizabeth Berkley. He then married former model Lisa Ann Russell and had two children before they got divorced in May 2010.
The star then married his now-wife advertising executive Catriona McGinn in 2011 and had another two children. After Saved by the Bell Mark-Paul Gosselaar starred as Detective John Clark Jr. on NYPD Blue from 2001 to 2005. He also took up loads of new hobbies and is a sports car enthusiast, race car driver, track cyclist, dirt biker, and pilot.
Elizabeth Berkley
Elizabeth played the role of Jessie Spano on the show and was a beloved character. The star was tangentially involved in a $45 million lawsuit when actor and screenwriter Roger Wilson filed suit against Leonardo DiCaprio. Leonardo was alleged to have pursued Elizabeth while she was in a relationship with Roger.
Elizabeth married artist and actor Greg Lauren and she gave birth to their son in July 2012.. After Saved by the Bell she starred as Nomi Malone/Polly Ann Costello in the 1995 Paul Verhoeven film Showgirls.
Lark Voorhies
Lark Voorhies played the role of Lisa Marie Turtle on the show. After the former teen star behaved oddly in an interview questions were raised about her her mental health. Lark’s mum told People magazine that the actress had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which she denied.
Eight years later, Lark publicly revealed she’d actually been diagnosed with schizoaffective thought disorder, a chronic mental health condition. Her psychiatrist Dr. Modir said: “It’s just gonna require some patience and some understanding of what the condition is and allowing her to have a script… and I think she’ll shine.”
Tiffani Thiessen
Tiffani Thiessen starred as the peppy teenager Kelly Kapowski. After the show, she played the role of bad girl Valerie Malone on Beverly Hills, 90210 and later hosted her own cooking show. In 1999, she went through a difficult period in her personal life her then when David Strickland, also an actor, committed suicide.
She is now married to Brady Smith and the pair share two children. The star has previously appeared on the Good Instincts podcast from Dear Media and spoke about aging. She said: “I think people will say things, you know, and maybe expect me to look a certain way, yes.
“But I mean, it’s just not realistic. I can only age the way I’m going to age, right? I’m the best I can be and I’m taking care of myself and doing things that I know will benefit the outside exterior of myself that people are seeing.”
Dustin Diamond
Dustin Diamond starred as super-smart but socially awkward geek Samuel “Screech” Powers. The star’s life took an odd turn when he ended up in prison after he was charged with stabbing another man with a switchblade.
It was during a late 2014 altercation at a bar in Wisconsin, though he claimed he was simply defending himself and his then-fiancée, Amanda Schutz.
He spent two more days in jail in mid-2016 when he violated the terms of his probation by testing positive for oxycodone without a proper prescription. He passed away in January 2021 from lung cancer.
Dennis Haskins
Dennis played the loveable role of Principal Richard Belding in the show. In 2009, Dennis released an album of cover songs. Nearly a decade later, he channeled Mr. Belding while starring in the high-school-set music video for the Dirty Heads’ Vacation.
In recent years, he has been lobbying to become a cast member on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars.
