Stacey Solomon joked that her bare boobs can still hold up her gym essentials as she showed fans her real body.
The Loose Women star is a big advocate for body positivity and took to Instagram to tell fans that although she’s seeing the benefits of regular workouts she still has “hip cushions” and that all bodies are perfect regardless. The presenter shot a hilarious video to make her point, which showed her peeling down her sports leggings and flaunting her tummy.
She told fans: “When I take the gym clothes off I look like this. Which is also really pretty and a really lovely body. I just feel like it’s important to show that.”

Twirling to show off her curves, she went on: “Don’t get me wrong, I’ve got abs for the first time in my life.”
Jokingly untucking a hairbrush and some other bits and bobs from under her chest, she laughed: “But I can still very comfortably lay down on my hip without feeling a thing.
“And when I take my sports bra off there is still enough weight and length in my boobs to hold all of my gym essentials – deodorant, hairbrush, you name it, these babies can hold it!”
Mum-of-five Stacey wrote in the caption: “Just because I think it’s important to see you can have abs (some days) and also have hip cushions and a womb!!! You’re perfect & I’m sure the bodies you may aspire to, look different, depending on the day/clothes/hormones/angles.”
The TV star – who is married to EastEnders actor Joe Swash – said she has been consistently going to the gym for almost a year. “But that means I spend a lot of time in gym wear which is specifically designed to hold you together & support you so you don’t get a nipple in the eye on the treadmill!” she said.
“So just thought I’d show you my body underneath because I don’t think we see it enough. Do what makes you feel good & that you enjoy. Your happiness is the biggest priority.”
Fans loved Stacey’s post, thanking the celeb for “always keeping it real”. “Such a positive message from your platform, this is what our daughters should be seeing,” said one. “Not everything with the crazy filters on.”
“Makes me feel so bloody normal and I love you for it!” said another. “My baby is a year old yesterday and I am nowhere near wobble free and I’m usually one to hide it away too, so thank you for showing it’s ok to wobble and still be happy x.”
