Bobby Brazier and Ellie Leach have broken silence on their relationship status after weeks of a rumoured romance between the duo.
Former Coronation Street actress Ellie and her dance partner Vito Coppola lifted the BBC show’s Glitterball Trophy in December, with EastEnders’ Bobby and Dianne Buswell finishing third in an exciting final. Speculation had been rife that Ellie and Vito were an item off-screen, but that appeared to end after she was seen cosying up to Bobby on the Strictly tour last month, and the pair are said to have gone on a number of dates.
They attended the TV Choice Awards on Monday evening (February 12), meanwhile, with 20-year old Bobby offering cryptic responses when quizzed about their bond.

“Ellie is a sweetheart, look at her…she’s beautiful, she’s amazing, she’s good at what she does,” Bobby said on the London Hilton red carpet ahead of the event.

He continued to The Sun: “She’s a good dancer. She is a lovely, lovely friend of mine.” Grilled further about whether something more could be blossoming, Bobby added: “I don’t know…you’ll have to see what she says.”
Asked whether a relationship would be a possibility with his busy schedule, the coy actor highlighted his return to EastEnders, before explaining he has a lot of “personal” and “Godly” things to do on top of his career, which appears to be going from strength-to-strength.

Ellie was equally as non-committal on the night but refused to deny they were an item, telling the same publication: “We’re all on tour together, it’s been really nice to actually spend time with each other. So on tour we have really bonded and it does feel like a big family. It’s been so much fun.”
The 22-year old also admitted that leaving Strictly behind had left her really “emotional” but she will keep dancing as she has “really fallen in love” with it. As the pair headed into the ceremony, Bobby also appeared reportedly close to Ellie’s mum Karen, even holding hands with her.

Earlier this month professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin posted a series of pics from behind the scenes of the Strictly Come Dancing tour. In one of the snaps, Ellie could be spotted holding hands Bobby.
And innocent Nikita shared another of the two seemingly closer than ever as he uploaded a carousel of behind the scenes action in the run-up to the show in Leeds. The pair were joined by two other professional dancers, but with both stars beaming from ear to ear, it was clear they were happy to be there.
