Strictly’s Molly Rainford sizzled as she soaked up the sun in a bikini during a romantic getaway.
The blonde bombshell rarely goes a week without delighting her loyal legion of fans with another jaw-dropping snap on our feeds. And Thursday’s post (August 7) was no different when she decided to melt the internet all over again.
Earlier this week, the EastEnders beauty, 23, took a trip lavish trip to Crete with her boyfriend Tyler West, 28. The actress made sure to get an even tan when she took off her bikini top and stretched out on a sunbed while the radio host read a book.

Despite the pair making the most of their lavish retreat, the couple have also been keeping in shape by doing morning runs before enjoying their evening meals out. The two lovebirds shared the same post which they captioned: “δεν μπορούσα να σκεφτώ λεζάντα”, that translates to: “I couldn’t think of a caption.”

The Strictly finalist rose to fame when she competed on Britain’s Got Talent at the age of 11-years-old. She went on to star on the children’s drama Nova Jones before she signed up to Strictly Come Dancing.
It was here that she met her boyfriend but it wasn’t until the live tour that their relationship blossomed into something more. She then joined the cast of EastEnders in 2023 when she took on the role of Anna Knight.
The happy couple went on to purchase a flat together in the capital and announced the news with a sweet video back in January. In their clip, Tyler and Molly stood in their new flat as they showed off their secret handshake.

The video then cut to them on the BBC dance competition where they did the exact same handshake. Tyler captioned the adorable post: “Well guys, it was only right that we let you into our little home, the next part of our journey starts now.”
Molly opened up about the couple taking the next step in an interview with MailOnline. She gushed: “We are good and going strong and are actually moving in together – we’re just going through you know dining tables and sofas and all that kind of stuff, it’s exciting.”
Tyler added: “Molly’s turned into a whole interior designer so I’m just taking a complete backseat!” But this isn’t the first holiday the pair have enjoyed together this year.”

Back in May, the pair jetted off to the Saona Islands in the Dominican Republic to celebrate their anniversary. They shared a series of snaps of them posing in swimwear and wading into clear ocean waters.
Molly previously opened up about their romance and explained they started off as really good friends. Speaking to Fabulous magazine about the relationship: “I suppose it developed towards the end of the tour because we’d spent so much time together and we were really good friends.
“The tour was so much fun. We were just doing everything together and it just progressed from there really.” She went on to add that Tyler ultimately made the first move and asked her out on a date when the tour ended.

Molly and Tyler initially kept tight-lipped about their new relationship in the first few weeks. But as pictures emerged of the pair looking loved-up in public emerged, it wasn’t long before their confirmed their romance online.
