A mansion apparently owned by Sean Kingston was investigated by a SWAT team and cops.
A number of police officers, including Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and SWAT team members, were seen investigating the 34-year-old rapper’s Southwest Ranches property in Florida on Thursday morning (May 23). They were being assisted by Davie police.
According to CBS News, court filings from February state that Kisean Anderson, the legal name of the Jamaican singer, lives at the mansion. But it’s claimed the luxurious home is in the name of an LLC.

It’s unclear what prompted the investigation, but a lawyer that has a civil case against Kingston claims the investigation has to do with fraud. Kingston is known for hit songs like Beautiful Girls, Fire Burning and Eenie Meenie, the latter of which featured Justin Bieber.
In 2011, the 34-year-old was rushed to hospital in critical condition with a torn aorta after crashing his watercraft in Miami Beach. He and a female passenger in the vehicle had received medical attention and the musician recovered after heart surgery.
He was robbed of his $300,000 chain in 2016 after an alleged fight at the Penthouse Nightclub & Dayclub in Los Angeles, according to TMZ. It’s unclear if the chain was ever recovered.
In 2020, an arrest warrant was issued against the singer for grand theft after he failed to pay for jewellery that he obtained. He’s been sued several times for allegedly receiving other items and then not paying for them.
Kingston was accused of threatening a music video producer – GXDLIKE – with a gun in 2021 and punching him in the face. However, Kingston has denied these claims.
