Expect bumps in the road ahead for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce amid their burgeoning romance, one expert has warned.
The NFL star and Love Story hitmaker have been thrust into the public eye after taking their romance public, with Taylor jetting off from Tokyo to support her boyfriend as he led the Kansas City Chiefs to a victory at this year’s Super Bowl. She’s been pictured at most of his recent games, while Travis has even been spotted belting out some of her hits on karaoke.
But now Millionaire Matchmaker expert Patti Stanger has admitted that because of the long distance, their romance will be a “challenge”. TMZ reports that the “little things couples do together” are set to be “few and far between” as Taylor continues her Eras Tour and Travis concentrates on his sporting career.

The expert also pointed out the “obvious lack of privacy” for the pair, arguing: “Taylor’s been in the spotlight since forever, so she’s kinda used to it. But Travis Kelce? He’s already experienced the shocking lack of privacy since he began dating her.”
Experts aren’t the only ones weighing in. Ex-Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel has been accused of “trolling” Kelce by his dad, after predicting his high-profile romance with Swift won’t last. In a video, she said: “When you get into real life and you get into kids and marriage and things like that… it’s not easy [and] relationships take work.
“And it’s hard, because Taylor Swift is certainly a peacock. So they’re really usually can only be one peacock in a relationship. It’s going to be interesting. It’s all fun and games now.”
She went on to elaborate on her own circumstances with a “peacock”, telling fans: “This person just wanted to party and take it to a 10, and often I just wanted to take it to an eight.”
Speaking of Kelce, Bethenny said: “It just hit me, he was on stage singing this song, and he was wasted, obviously. It was the parade and he was singing this song on stage, and he loves to be the centre of attention and the life of the party.”

Travis’ dad Ed was quick to fume about the comments, writing on Facebook: “Who TF is this troll?” Fans rushed to support Ed, with one writing: “Just when I didn’t think I could love the Kelce Family anymore we get Ed for another win.”
Another gushed: “You are the dad America needs right now!” While others branded Frankel “someone trying to stay relevant”, and Kelce a “hero” and a “legend”.
