This Morning star Kate Lawler has asked her fans for “help” as she shares some of her challenges parenting.
The 43-year-old, who has been delivering the competition news on the popular daytime show has been very vocal about some of the trials she faces with her three-year-old toddler, Noa. Kate has been keeping her fans updated with some of the diffiiculties she faces when putting her daughter to bed.
In one of her recent Instagram posts, Kate spoke openly about her nighttime routine. Stripping back from her usual glammed-up appearance, the Big Brother winner gave a realistic breakdown of what happened the night before.

In the video that she posted on her social media platform, Kate said: “Send help! 3am to 5am my toddler was wide awake and before you say ‘Did she nap, did she have the day to nap?’ No, she didn’t!
“She had a very productive day. Very busy indeed, a lot of stimulation. Not too much stimulation though.
“And she ate about 10,000 more calories than I did, so she definitely wasn’t hungry. How am I gonna do hot yoga in half an hour?” She asked her following.
Kate then went on to share some of the questions her daughter asked her in the middle of the night. One of Noa’s queries was, “What’s an asteroid?”
Seeing the This Morning’s star’s honesty fans headed straight to comment to share their experiences and encouragement. One social media user wrote: “This is literally motherhood… some lovely nights of sleep and bliss and then out of nowhere, hello wide awake no reason … there’s nothing you are doing wrong at all … it’s just kids and their development, every time you think you’ve nailed it, they will change again they are so funny and it’s bloody hard work and tiring.”
Another penned: “I’ll take it over crying in the middle night and no idea what they’re crying about.” While a third said: “I’m totally feeling your pain! My 2.5 year old keeps me awake all night at the moment!”
Last year, Kate told fans that she is not “changing anything” after she posted a video of Noa in her cot. Mum shamers shared their concerns with the mother-of-one after they claimed her daughter might need a bigger bed.
Sharing her thoughts in the comment section, Kate replied: “Can I ask why you think she needs this when she sleeps so well? Genuine question I’m not being rude xx.” Responding to another critic, Kate added: “She’s told me she loves her cot and sleeps until 7-8am I’m not changing anything.”
