Robert Pattinson once admitted how he “rubbed one out” for a sex scene in a raunchy movie – and claimed how his “orgasm face is now recorded for eternity”.
The actor, 37, was captured to stardom in 2008 playing the role of Edward Cullen in the blockbuster Hollywood Twilight franchise. Since then, he’s become Hollywood’s go-to actor – and has turned his hand to an array of different projects.
But before Rob got his big break as the blood-sucking vampire, he appeared in the 2008 indie flick Little Ashes as legendary painter Salvador Dali. And it turns out he was pretty committed to the role – so much so, that he decided not to fake it during a raunchy scene.

The movie follows painter Dali and his love affair and relationship with poet Federico García Lorc. And it’s fair to say there were plenty of love-making scenes in the flick.
But when it came to performing a saucy sex scene, Harry Potter star Rob was not too keen to fake it – claiming it “just doesn’t work.” So the British actor decided to go ahead and do the real thing.
He told German Interview magazine: “I pleasured myself in front of the camera. My orgasm face is recorded for eternity.”
Robert went on: “If you google something long enough you will soon know everything there is to know about me: what I eat, what my poop looks like, with whom I’m sleeping, what my d**k looks like, even what I look like when I masturbate…”
He added: “Well, that might be a little exaggerated. But my h***-job face is recorded for eternity.” When asked if he could fake the orgasm, Robert quipped: “Try it. I can tell you right now, no chance. It just doesn’t work. So I rubbed one out in front of the camera.”

Despite being a heartthrob in the 2000s and 2010s, Rob confessed how the A-lister lifestyle is a lot more lonely than people think. Speaking to GQ Spain, he said: “It’s strange, you can’t have a normal life.
“You spend a lot of time trying to fight it, but at the end, you end up finding a new way to live. People don’t notice how lonely you are.”
