EXCLUSIVE: Brooklyn Beckham has 70 tattoos of wife Nicola Peltz with close friends to Victoria Beckham chiming in on their concerns over this – now one ink expert has now had her say on the collection
‘Britain’s most tattooed mum’ has urged ‘sort your head out’ to Brooklyn Beckham after discovering the lad’s 70-piece ink collection dedicated to wife Nicola.
Melissa Sloan, 47, from Kidderminster, is covered from head to toe in body art – having had her first addition etched onto her skin at the age of 25.
The mum-of-seven, who has lost count of her over 800 tattoos, is somewhat of an inking expert due to her penchant for permanent skin scribbles.
And now she’s got some strong words of advice for Brooklyn, 26, whose apparent ‘unhealthy marriage’ to Nicola Peltz, 30, has been documented in mass tattoo form.
Despite having three layers of face tattoos and hundreds of designs, Melissa has only once scribed a lovers name onto her skin – one of her only inking regrets.
As the Beckham and Peltz drama continues to heat up, ‘Britain’s most tattooed mum’ has waded in on tattoo-gate where she exclusively told us: “One is bad enough, but 70? What can you say to him? Sort your head out!
“If he turns round you’ll just see that big face of hers on the back of his neck – that’s funny that is. Getting a tattoo of a lover is definitely a bad idea.”
The concern around Brooklyn’s Nicola-inspired tattoos – including a large piece of her eyes on the back of his head – ignited after insiders in camp Posh and Becks claimed that the American socialite is “isolating” the lad from his family.
Speaking to The Mirror, the source added that his vast collection of Nicola tattoos are just “another facet of an unhealthy relationship”. However, Brooklyn, who snubbed David’s 50th helping implode the feud, is allegedly “besotted” with his wife after getting hitched three years ago.
He recently confirmed his loyalty to Nicola in an Instagram post, where he declared: “I always choose you baby.”
Among the 70 inkings, the oldest Beckham lad has a ‘love letter’ from Nicola scribbled onto his back, which starts off with “my forever boy.” He also has his wife’s late grandmother Gina’s name tattooed on his arm and a prayer on his torso in honour of her after she passed away in 2020.
The lad, who resides in the US with Nicola, also has the couple’s wedding vows etched on his arm and the word ‘married’ on his hand
Brooklyn previously admitted that his wife “always cries” when he surprises her with new ink. Despite concerns from Brooklyn’s family and ‘Britain’s most tattooed mum’, Melissa notes that Brooklyn is a fully grown adult and can make his own choices.
However, she predicts he will regret it – hence why Melissa has only ever had one relationship-dedicated tattoo out of her hundreds of pieces.
Melissa shared: “But, it’s his choice isn’t it. Who am I to really judge? If they’re happy with their tattoos, they’re happy with their tattoos – but it’s a massive risk.
“He’ll definitely regret them. He might have to have them all covered up again. It’s alright having one of someone you love, but 70? I’ve never heard of that one before.
“If they break up, it will make for a lot of covering up for him. I’m not having my partner on my arm, he’s too ugly! The only time I got a lover tattooed was years and years ago. It was a name but I had to get it covered over – getting it was a big mistake.”
At the beginning of the month, Brooklyn and Nicola missed David’s lavish 50th birthday bash – fuelling years-long rumours about a conflict.
Brooklyn and Nicola not only missed David’s birthday celebration, but also a series of other family moments including a casual gathering at the Beckhams’ Cotswolds retreat, a holiday in France, a dinner at the high-end London restaurant Core, and even a fishing trip in the Highlands with David and brothers Romeo and Cruz.
