Cannes Film Festival has unveiled some very strict rules on guests’ fashion choices.
It’s been reported that the annual event has now banned sheer dresses which show off more than is usually socially acceptable, as well as huge, voluminous gowns.
It’s said the decision has been made because larger dresses with long trains can “hinder the proper flow of traffic of guests and complicate seating” at events. Meanwhile, naked looks will not be allowed for “decency reasons”.
The rules follow a string of very see-through looks from the likes of model Bella Hadid, who turned heads at last year’s red carpet in a see-through frock.
