Kaleb Cooper, who stars alongside Jeremy Clarkson in Clarkson’s Farm, has been rushed to A&E after suffering a ‘painful’ injury and has since taken to social media to update his fans
Clarkson’s Farm’s Kaleb Cooper has addressed his recent injury.
The 26-year-old telly star took to Instagram to reveal he had a scan after injuring his foot during a football match. Kaleb mentioned he was in quite a bit of pain as he posted a clip of his swollen ankle while limping about the farm, before taking off to hospital for an X-ray the following morning.
He then hopped onto his Instagram story to assure his followers that he’d still make it to the Three Counties Show at the weekend.
Kaleb stated: “I may be hobbling around as I’ve fractured my ankle, but I’ll still be at the 3 Counties Show on the Sunday. I’ll be doing talks throughout the day, and Hawkestone Cider will be there.”
“So, do pop along and say hello. I’ll be there – don’t you worry! I’m looking forward to it.”
This update comes shortly after the release of Clarkson’s Farm’s fourth season on Prime Video, with a fifth series already in the pipeline. However, Jeremy Clarkson has hinted at a possible hiatus post the fifth series.
The former Top Gear host spoke to The Sunday Times newspaper: “Whatever happens we’ll definitely take a short break as the crews are all worn out. We’ve been filming here two or three days a week, every week, for five years. Everybody could do with a rest,” reports the Mirror.
Clarkson’s Farm has been a smash hit series since its 2021 debut, with Kaleb Cooper becoming one of the show’s lead stars. Following his newfound fame, he’s gone on to do a UK tour and write a book.
While Kaleb was off charming the nation on his speaking tour, Jeremy Clarkson found himself in need of help on the farm so brought in fan favourite Harriet Cowan. However, Clarkson has quashed any rumours that Kaleb has been “replaced” on Clarkson’s Farm.
The 65 year old host explained: “What happened is this, he went away on his speaking tour, for a couple of months because he imagined that after four years, I’d be able to manage on my own. I didn’t, I made a complete mess of everything and had to bring in a young girl called Harriet. Harriet is brilliant and looked after the fort until he got back. That is it, that’s the story!”.
Since swapping the fast lane for farm life in Chipping Norton, Cotswolds fans have been hooked on Jeremy’s fumbles and triumphs, often shown up by savvy farmhand Kaleb who knows the ins and outs of farming far better than his petrolhead boss.
