Former Trump official faints live on Fox News in horror moment as medics rush in

Fox News was thrown into chaos when a former Trump official collapsed live on-air.

Camryn Kinsey worked for President Trump from August 2020 to 2021, during his first term in office. She was an external relations director at the White House for Trump, who was re-elected as President at the end of last year after beating Kamala Harris.

Kinsey appeared on Fox News on Thursday (May 8) to discuss recent comments made by former President Joe Biden, who suggested his successor Kamala Harris lost the 2024 election due to sexism. However, the live segment was cut short as she passed out in the studio and fell off of her chair.

The right-wing commentator had begun stumbling over her words before her eyes rolled back and she fainted. She said: “So this is about incompetence, it’s not about ideology or uh, it’s not about uh,” before she collapsed sideways.

Fox anchor Jonathan Hunt was left stunned as his guest dropped to the floor, replying: “Oh! Oh my goodness,” He nearly got out of his seat to help but decided to keep the broadcast running while a crew member rushed to her aid.

He turned back to the camera to address viewers while the dramatic scene unfolded next to him. “So we’re just gonna get some help for Camryn,” he said. “Let me come back to Lydia while we get some help for Camryn here,”

Hunt decided to cut for a commercial break, signing off: “Um, so… uh, Lydia, the… President… We’re gonna actually, we’re gonna go to a break right here. We’ll be right back.”

It’s since been confirmed Camryn was seen to by paramedics and is now feeling “much better” following the accident. A Fox New spokesperson said: “After Fox News @ Night guest Camryn Kinsey fainted during a live on-air appearance last night in our Los Angeles bureau.

“Paramedics were called and she was treated and cleared. We are happy to hear she is now feeling much better and wish her a speedy recovery”.

When the show returned, Hunt told viewers that Kinsey was conscious and being treated by paramedics. It is unclear what caused Kinsey to faint.

Viewers were shocked by the moment and took to X to air their concern, and some were surprised Hunt didn’t go over to help her when she fell to the floor. “Camryn Kinsey at Fox News just passed out live on TV,” wrote one. “They said she was moving and paramedics were attending. She’s a class act. Hope she’s OK.”

Another wrote that she doesn’t like Kinsey, but is still hoping she is okay, adding: “More importantly, why the f*** wasn’t Jonathan Hunt’s first reaction to check on her, rather than continue the segment?”

Another, defending Hunt, suggested he may have been shocked by the fainting and that this explains why he reacted like he did.
