Freddy Brazier, son of Jeff Brazier, has opened up about being sectioned.
Jeff’s youngest son has revealed that he has “been smoking since he was 12” and said: “I’ve been to rehab, I’ve been sectioned, I’ve had manic episodes, I’ve been sectioned. There’s been a real journey and it’s been a tough one.”
He also spoke about his relationship with grandmother Jackiey Budden and his father Jeff: “I feel like if I didn’t prioritise the relationship with my mum’s mum Jackiey, I was scared that if I wasn’t [around her], she’d kill herself.”
“I had that in my head for so long to the point where I pushed my dad away and I was at my nan’s for months, go on mad ones…”
Back in June, Freddy said that he planned to go to rehab in Spain to help with his smoking addiction.

The star has previously revealed: “I’ve been smoking from the age of 12 and it’s time to stop. It was a bad coping mechanism that turned into an addiction, something I relied on and something that made me feel sane and somewhat OK.”
The 20-year-old said he wanted to be “clean” so that he can mend relationships with his family: “I want to be happy and be in a healthy relationship and have a healthy relationship with my Nana and my father.”

Although Freddy and his father Jeff have had their ups and downs, Freddy recently made a sweet social media post for his father after seeing him perform live in 101 Dalmatians: The Musical.
In the caption, Freddy wrote: “I’ve now been to watch 101 Dalmatians three times. Some would say: ‘Fred you got a lot of time on your hands don’t ya? Well yes I do got too much time on my hands actually!”

“I just love watching my Dad at work and having fun and smiling, it makes me smile. I’ve loved watching my Dad and the rest of the cast in the show as has everyone that I’ve gone with or spoke to. What a great show, if you haven’t watched it you’ve got till the 30th so hurry up!!”
