Former MasterChef presenter Gregg Wallace is currently offering a personalised life coaching service for his followers so he can help them “look after themselves”
Gregg Wallace is offering personalised coaching advice to his fans.
In a video shared on Instagram, the former MasterChef host addressed the camera and said: “Are you feeling well? Are you feeling energised and healthy? Because if you’re like me and you’re over 50, the chances are you have been putting a huge amount of effort into your job, looking after your family and very little focus has gone on you and your wellbeing.”
“You could be thinking to yourself: ‘I wanna feel healthier, I wanna feel fitter. I’d like to get rid of this belly and look better in my clothes.’ I transformed my life, I’m now fitter at 60 than I was at 30!”
Gregg said that it isn’t down to “eating salads or being in the gym all day,” but instead offered his potential clients “guidance and somebody to show you”.
“I coach people one-to-one, I get them fitter and stronger as we get older because it’s important that we look after ourselves. If you’d like to talk to me about helping you, leave me a message here.”
Fans rushed to the comment section to as Gregg questions about what he is offering. One person asked whether he will be offering parenting advice while others asked for his qualifications.
Some people praised the former MasterChef star and wrote “fair play” while others expressed disappointment at the hefty £200 price tag.
The former MasterChef host recently took to Instagram following a nine-month investigation into claims of misconduct made against him.
The former MasterChef host shared a statement on Instagram [8 July] which said: “I have taken the decision to speak out ahead of the publication of the Silkins report – a decision I do not take lightly.”
“But after 21 years of loyal service to the BBC, I cannot sit in silence while my reputation is further damaged to protect others. I have now been cleared by the Silkins report of the most serious and sensational accusations made against me.”
“The most damaging claims (including allegations from public figures which have not been upheld) were found to be baseless after a full and forensic six-month investigation.”
The Sun has reported that Wallace’s report is officially due for release by Banijay on 10 July and an insider said that Gregg is “furious and devastated” by the decision.
However, his team have allegedly “seen the report and believe he is cleared of the most serious wrongdoing allegations,” which he has “taken great consolation from”.
A BBC spokesperson said: “Banijay UK instructed the law firm Lewis Silkin to run an investigation into allegations against Gregg Wallace. We are not going to comment until the investigation is complete and the findings are published.”
