Jennifer Aniston’s alleged stalker was pictured shooting a chilling stare during a court appearance, during which he was also shirtless.

The man, Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, had been arrested for crashing into the front gates of the Friends icon’s £16million mansion while she was at home. Weird social media posts from him were later discovered.

He has since appeared in court in Los Angeles.

Carwyle was pictured shirtless and wrapped in an anti-suicide blanket. He was facing felony stalking and vandalism charges on Thursday (May 8).

The man allegedly crashed his Chrysler PT Cruiser through the gates of Aniston’s Bel Air property. He was then held at gunpoint by a security guard, who stopped him in her driveway and waited for police to come.

Luckily, no injuries were reported. Police said he had no contact with Aniston.

He is also accused of sending the actress “unwanted social media, voicemail and email messages” dating back to March 2023. On top of that, he faces a the aggravating circumstance of the threat of great bodily harm.

If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison.

The final message was allegedly sent on the same day he crashed into her gates, according to the district attorney’s office.

Carwyle, from Mississippi, did not enter a plea or speak during the court hearing.

Instead, he just stared into the courtroom and was seen placing his hands onto the glass of the custody area.

It has been decided that he will go through mental health court to determine whether or not he is competent to face the charges against him.

Judge Keith L Schwartz shared doubts over whether Carwyle would understand him after a prosecutor asked that the defendant should be ordered not to go near Jennifer.

The man’s lawyer, Deputy Public Defender Toral Malik, said: “I don’t believe him staying away from Ms Aniston will be an issue at this time.”

The order was issued anyway, while Carwyle will remain in jail.

As well as being ordered not to have any contact with the Hollywood beauty, he was also ordered to stay at least 100 yards from her home.
