Former glamour model Jodie Marsh has been left struggling to see after a recent procedure and posted pictures of herself post-surgery covered in blood with swollen eyes

The former glamour model has given her fans a peek at the aftermath of her latest cosmetic surgery, leaving her with a face that is both swollen and bruised. The 46 year old took to social media post-operation and confessed she “couldn’t see” as she was wrapped up tight in bandages.
Before her surgery, Jodie explained that the procedure was to remove ‘excess skin’ from around her eyes. Lying in her hospital bed, Jodie couldn’t stop her smiling as she spoke about going under the knife.
However, after the surgery she was left puffy and covered in plasters as she informed her followers: “I’m awake – I was fully knocked out but I’m not really in any pain. The worst bit was having the needle out of my arm.”
Facing the camera, she looked at herself and analysed her new face as she said: “Oof, I look rough! I’m well excited though! I’m just waiting for Dr. Ahmed to come around and see me, and then I can get changed and go home,” reports the Mirror.
Jodie’s next post showed her slumped in a car, forehead in bands and face covered by sunglasses to look after her eyes. Despite being wrapped up, her dressings were still visible.
She joked: “Yeah, I feel proper gangster. I can’t see anything and I’m being driven home. I can’t see anything and I can’t feel anything. But I feel gangster – this is mad.”
Jodie, famous for her glam modelling past, now runs an animal sanctuary in Essex. She has cheekily admitted she’s “fat but happier than ever” since she left her model life behind.
The ex-pin-up has openly confessed her chilled attitude towards her looks, saying: “You might recognise me as someone that used to be glamorous, sexy, a bodybuilder and everything else, but now I’m just a farm girl and I look a mess.”
She got real about dropping her six-pack chase due to the busy lifestyle at her sanctuary, revealing: “The reason I’m now fat and haven’t got a six-pack is because I don’t have time to eat properly or even do the food shopping. Not ever. I used to cook healthy meals, and I just don’t have time for that anymore. I don’t gym at the moment either. I don’t have time. It’s manic.”
But it isn’t all wellies and mud for Jodie; she glammed up to the nines in a knockout dress for New Year’s Eve 2025 and spilled on Instagram that she’s buzzing with her new gig, claiming she’s “happier than ever.”
She quipped: “I’m either a sex bomb or a hobo. There’s no in-between!”
Marsh got her big break in the early 2000s after starring on shows such as Essex Wives, Back to Reality, Love on a Saturday Night and Celebrity Big Brother. She began modelling back in 2002 for The Sun’s Page 3.
She is also known as a former body builder and for her gruelling fitness regime.
