Jodie Marsh reveals she’s single and ready to mingle, calling herself “cute and a bit of a geek” whilst admitting she prefers animals to people as she looks for a partner
Former glamour model and reality TV star Jodie Marsh has opened up about her single life, revealing her desire to find love while embracing a more unconventional lifestyle.
The 46-year-old Essex native, famed for her appearances on Celebrity Big Brother and her transformation into a professional bodybuilder, took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a candid post about her current relationship status.
Marsh described herself as “cute” and “a bit of a geek,” and someone who “prefers animals to people,” while also confessing she is “a little bit rock n roll.”
She wrote: “I am single. I need to be taken out on a date. I am cute. I am a bit of a geek. I prefer animals to people. I’m a little bit rock n roll. I ride a harley. I’m an avid reader. I’m kind. I can cook (really well). I like looking after people.
“I’m positive & happy. I’ve created the life I want for myself. My dream is to buy a castle with 1000 acres and rescue lions & tigers. I’m a romantic. I value loyalty, honesty and truthfulness.
“I’ve never really had a man care about the REAL me. They all just want the lifestyle, the glamour, the fame, the money. I’m real and authentic and I make people’s lives better on a daily basis. I’m looking for true love.”
Her tweet quickly captured the attention of fans, many praising her honesty and bold personality.
One fan wrote: “I am happily married, but I have to say you are a beacon. I greatly admire how you have gone about your life, taken advantage of your surroundings so well, and made a success of your life. A real trailblazer. I hope you find who you’re looking for.”
A second added: “I’m a single rock and roll, geek, dad who also loves animals. My dream is also very similar, ie, land, but the castle I’m not fussed about, give me a static caravan and I’ll be happy if I had plenty of countryside to enjoy with my cats, dogs and horses.”
