Katie Price is said to be ‘envious’ of Emily Andre’s close relationship with Princess Andre, as the former glamour model continues to be embroiled in a feud with her ex-husbands
Katie Price has found herself embroiled in a bitter row with her former husbands Peter Andre and Alex Reid, who this week released a bombshell video showing Katie branding Peter’s other kids “irrelevant”. Katie and Peter have remained estranged since their acrimonious split back in 2009.
Just hours after Katie’s plea for peace negotiations, Peter furiously hit back with his version of events: “For 16 years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today.
“The latest comments about my children’s welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018.”
He continued: “In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children.”, reports the Mirror.
Shortly afterwards, Alex declared he was “spearheading a campaign to expose the truth” as he released video footage showing Katie flashing a bundle of notes despite being bankrupt.
In one segment of the recording, Katie dismissed Peter’s second wife, Doctor Emily, along with their two youngsters as “irrelevant”.
Katie and Emily have endured a turbulent relationship through the years, with the former glamour model previously labelling Emily a “disgusting person”. Back in 2022, she posted an NHS magazine cover showcasing Emily and declared in a swiftly removed message: “My mouth has been shut for so long but I’ve had enough of people selling stories on me and particularly this so called woman @dr_emily_official.
“Always said I don’t want to be famous yet doesn’t do too bad to stay away from media and TV and now trying to make a career out of it. So cringe she has used my children to make money in photo shoots yet covers her own children’s faces up!”
Katie, who was penning her thoughts one year after her drug-drive incident, then levelled accusations at the doctor of “being jealous” of her bond with her eldest daughter. “She claims to be a doctor who clearly doesn’t have a clue about mental health.
“Oh and stopped my daughter from visiting me at The Priory when she wanted to see her mum. She is so jealous of my relationship I have with Princess and puts me down. Emily you are not and never will be my kids’ parent so mind your own business, your so two faced and definitely not the person you portray to the public. I think your a disgusting person so stop trying to interfere in my life.”
More recently, Katie has alleged she was barred from participating in Princess’s new documentary series, whilst Emily features prominently throughout offering guidance to the teenager. Katie also revealed she wasn’t invited to Princess’ 18th birthday celebration – which was captured for her new reality programme.
An insider has now suggested that Katie “must be so envious” of the GP’s “such a close relationship” with Princess.
“Emily has always kept a dignified silence, and that is never going to change,” they revealed to MailOnline. “Her main priority is Pete and the children. She will always put them first. It’s awful what has happened over the last week or so. It should have been a time that the entire family celebrated Princess; the whole situation is devastating.”
In footage posted by Alex this week, Katie questioned her daughter about whether Pete regularly enquires regarding her two bankruptcies, despite her possessing substantial amounts of money. The clip shows Katie positioned before a Christmas tree alongside Princess, and is thought to have been recorded in late 2020.
Peter was reportedly left “shocked and disgusted” by her remarks.
