Katie Price has had yet another surgery on her face and recently informed fans that she pulled her stitches out after going under the knife for a facelift in Turkey
Katie Price has accidentally removed her own facelift stitches just days after undergoing the knife.
The 47-year-old has made another trip to Turkey for the operation, where costs are typically lower than those in the UK. The former Page 3 icon also posted a photograph from her hospital bed, displaying her dramatic new appearance, reports the Mirror.
The mother-of-five explained that she had accidentally torn out her stitches and posted an image of her altered look, which showed her ears attached to her cheeks and eyebrows stretched across her forehead. Katie confessed: “Ouch. I accidentally pulled my stitches out.”
Katie’s family have previously voiced their worries about her cosmetic procedures, urging her to stop getting surgeries. Her eldest daughter Princess has also made it clear that she won’t be following in her mother’s footsteps.
During an episode of Katie’s reality show the model asked her daughter whether she’d ever consider lip enhancements. Princess retorted: “I want to say no, like you know how much surgery you’ve had… Can your body actually move? Because you stretch so much skin.”
Katie responded: “More surgery to come! Put it this way, when I’m 90, I’ll probably be transparent, you’ll see all my veins,” to which Princess replied: “It’s your body and your choice.”
“I don’t have a problem with plastic surgery, but I think some people are so naturally pretty that they don’t actually need it. You were naturally pretty.”
Katie has previously admitted to being fond of the “plastic look” and attributed her obsession with surgery to body dysmorphia. She said: “I don’t ever look in the mirror and think I look good. I never have done. So, there’s obviously an underlying issue.”
