Love Island fans were left laughing after they recognised singleton Harry Cooksley – before realising he looked identical to two well known figures.
Social media fans shared a picture of Harry alongside season 9 bombshell Tom Clare, before claiming they shared a striking resemblance. They didn’t stop there, however, and added that both men also resembled a famous pop star – Robbie Williams.
In fact one user on X was so convinced they shared photos of all three men and encouraged other users to draw a comparison. Someone wrote: “Someone said Harry is if Tom Clare and Robbie Williams morphed into one and I just CANT UNSEE IT???”
Another agreed with the sentiment, and added: “And a bit of Rylan when he smiles I think.” A third noted: “Harry gives me Robbie Williams vibes.” Some even said they were laughing so much they were reduced to tears.
Several other users echoed sentiments of “Harry looks identical to Robbie Williams.” But Harry was not only drawing attention because of his looks.
In tonight’s episode (June 12), he shocked islanders and viewers at home after he left his bed he shared with partner Shakira before sneaking off to the Hideaway with Helena.
Just two days before, Shakira chose to couple up with Harry, leaving Sophie to be cut from the season after only two days. However, Shakira decided to go for a chat with Blu, which ended up in a kiss.
Afterwards. Shakira explained to Toni: “Blu pulled me for a chat and he went, ‘I didn’t kiss you in the challenge ‘cause I wanted to do it now’ and he just leaned in…
“It was a good kiss but it says a statement, I feel like Ben won’t be happy and Harry especially.”
Harry then asked Shakira about the kiss with Blu before telling her: “All that matters is I want to pursue things with you.”
Harry went to Blu for his side of the story, to which he said: “We had two kisses, where’s your head at? It seems to me your with Helena more and flirting?”
Harry insisted he wants to be with Shakira, replying: “I think it’s more flirty, but I think Shakira’s got more substance.”
But temptation got the better of him and he headed to the Hideaway with Helena. The next morning, he pulled Shakira for a chat before she shut their partnership down.
Social media fans were quick to slam Harry for his actions. One wrote: “Harry is quaking in his boots he wants to make her jealous so bad and she doesn’t give a f***”.
Another added: “Harry deffo did that out of retaliation.” A third slammed: “Wasn’t Harry the same guy that said Helena had no substance? Brother eww.”
A fourth noted: “So happy Shakira said that’s done with Harry hope she stands on it.”
