EXCLUSIVE: Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are in the middle of a ‘feud’ after snubbing David Beckham’s 50th birthday – one woman can relate to the ‘heartbreak’ of the parent
‘Britain’s most hated mum’ admitted that she knows how David Beckham feels as her son ditched her 40th birthday – just like how Brooklyn shunned his dad’s big 50th bash.
Carla Bellucci, 42, from Hertfordshire, earnt her ‘most hated’ title after blagging a free nose job on the NHS for feigning depression, along with getting flack for her ‘untraditional’ parenting methods.
While Carla has stolen the limelight several times for the likes of encouraging her teen daughter to start Only Fans and ordering her children out the house for Valentine’s Day, the ex-glamour model mum has worked hard to provide for her family.
However, similar to uber-rich David Beckham, Carla providing for her four kids didn’t seem to be enough as her huge life milestone was overshadowed by a family ‘feud’.
After Brooklyn Beckham, 26, and wife Nicola Peltz, 30, shunned David’s celebrations in Paris and London over the weekend, the footballing legend has apparently been left ‘heartbroken’.
And, now, David’s issue has reminded Carla of the “devastating” pain she felt when her son missed out on her 40th.
Admitting it is something she wouldn’t wish on her “worst enemy”, Carla exclusively told us: “I went through the same as what David is going through.
“My son snubbed my 40th party a few years back, it was a family feud nightmare all for nothing. We didn’t speak for a few years and it was hell. Thank God we speak now, families are hard work.
“It’s a sad situation. It was one big nightmare. My son’s girlfriend’s family hated me, we missed out on so many family occasions.
“I felt awful, just horrible. It was the worst time of my life, my kids are everything so to not have my son around for any sort of celebrations is just not nice. It made me feel like a total failure as a mum.”
Carla was triggered after the news broke that the eldest Beckham child and his wife missed out on the huge celebrations, which was confirmed by an Instagram post of Victoria’s.
The pair, who missed the weekend of birthday plans for the Met Gala, held in New York, were missing from the family shot that included Posh, 51, and Becks, 50, with their three other children – Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13. Brooklyn and Nicola decided to pull out of the Meta Gala in the end.
It’s understood that Brooklyn flew to London from the US the week before in attempts to meet with David, knowing he would miss the parties over the weekend due to the huge celeb ‘charity’ event.
However, they missed out an intimate dinner with the family hosted in the Cotswolds last Wednesday (April 30). Insiders also claim that Brooklyn didn’t even call to wish his dad a ‘happy birthday’ – leaving both David and Victoria “utterly heartbroken.”
It’s claimed there’s been tension between Brooklyn and his brother Romeo over Romeo’s girlfriend, Kim Turnbull. Brooklyn had a brief romance with Kim in 2016.
Despite David and Victoria dealing with ‘heartbreak’ over their ‘feuding’ family, Carla – who has been in a similar position – thinks she knows how to solve it.
The ‘most hated mum’ offered advice and shared: “I just feel awful for him. Whatever the excuses are, it does ruin special moments even when you put on a brave face. Mine went on for around two years and it was the worst two years of my life.
“I think David should just get on with it. There is nothing else he can do, he has to live his life. I’m sure he has given Brooklyn everything so he should have no guilt.
“He has to move on. David needs to carry on with life for his family and other kids.”
Hopefully for the Beckhams, they can rekindle their delicate relationship with Brooklyn and Nicola. But, they might have to play the long game.
Carla explained that it took two years until her family reunited with her eldest son and his partner, though she says it’s “never been the same since.”
The mum concluded: “I just reached out to him and we met up and it was all good. But, it’s never been the same since.
“I now talk with his other half and things are fine, but it’s definitely a sad thing to go through and wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
“I just think once they grow up and meet partners, it becomes complicated. Other people get involved and it turns into a big ball of s*** and you lose your kids.
“It’s devastating as a parent.”
