Myleene Klass has opened up about the moment she ‘kicked everyone out’ of her house after catching her then-husband Graham Quinn cheating on her with a ‘famous person’
Myleene Klass has bravely spoken out about the heartbreak in her romantic life, claiming she discovered her former partner was unfaithful. The ex-Hear’Say member, now 47, first encountered bodyguard Graham Quinn during her time in the TV-formed band.
The former couple, who are parents to two teenage children, were in a relationship for several years before tying the knot in 2011 and separating just months afterwards. Reports suggested Graham was the one who ended the marriage, with their “bitter” divorce reportedly being concluded in 2013.
Graham has consistently challenged his former wife’s account of what happened.
In a 2020 statement, Graham refuted claims he abandoned Myleene on her birthday and had previously acknowledged that their relationship had been troubled for quite some time, reports the Mirror.
Myleene had earlier revealed a startling incident involving a woman Graham allegedly had an affair with, who made an unexpected request.
During an appearance on Loose Women, Myleene revealed: “100%, I’ve been on the receiving of someone who cheated on me. I was extremely disturbed as was my family as was the ripple effect of people who have to live with those actions.
“Put it this way, one of the people that he cheated on me with asked to have a photo with me and I refused. One of the people that he had an affair with or a relationship with just said ‘Can I have a photo with you?’
“I said ‘No. I do not agree with what you stand for”. If I then put myself, If I align myself or have allegiance to you as a person, that photo is out there forever.’
“I don’t agree with women or men having their lives turned upside down with lies and deceit because you didn’t think it was that big of a crime. You’re messing with people’s emotions and their lives. They have permanent repercussions.”
Graham has consistently challenged his former wife’s account of their split. In 2020, he refuted claims that he left Myleene on her birthday, insisting that their marriage had been troubled for a while.
Yet, Myleene Klass revealed more during her stint on the We Need To Talk podcast with host Paul C Brunson. She recounted: “I walked in on him with a famous person on my birthday on a balcony.”
She reflected on the aftermath, saying: “I’ve made peace with that situation now but for a long time it was very difficult to see their life… Not that I would wish that on a family.”
Myleene expressed her mixed feelings: “I don’t know, I feel conflicted. But my life literally just broke apart very, very publicly. And their life, they’ve managed to continue building a family brand on it and it felt so difficult for a long time. This is the person I caught him with.”
Regarding the alleged incident, she detailed: “It was in my house, it was my party. They weren’t having sex but they were unzipping each other. ‘It’s not what you think,’ but it is what I think. It’s the first thing they both said.”
She concluded with a recollection of the immediate fallout: “I kicked everybody out of the party including his mum and dad,” she said. “They went back to Ireland. And his dad said, ‘He doesn’t get it from me.’ I was like, OK, I just remember that being quite a weird thing to say.”
