The Gallagher brothers are being warned to keep their views of Donald Trump to themselves to avoid jeopardising their Oasis comeback US tour.

Liam once called the notoriously thin-skinned US President a “d***” while Noel labelled his environmental policies as “pretty f***ing scary”. But they’re now being urged to stay quiet or risk having their American gigs disrupted.

Top showbiz manager Jonathan Shalit said: “My advice to Oasis is simple: stay out of American politics. If they want their US tour to go ahead without disruption, it would be wise to keep quiet on all things Trump.”

The warning comes after a French scientist was denied entry to the US because of anti-Trump comments found on his phone.

Immigration officers at an airport are said to have discovered the messages in which he criticised the Orange Manbaby’s administration back in March. Trump is well known for seeking revenge against those he perceives as his enemies.

Back in 2018, when the Oasis brothers were still feuding, Liam even claimed Noel was “worse than Donald Trump”.

He was responding to a question about who he thought the world’s biggest villain was. The Wonderwall singer said: “Gotta be Noel. And he’s worse than Donald Trump. He’s the biggest liar and biggest faker in the business, so yeah, him.”

The band, who performed in Edinburgh, Scotland on the weekend, play their first US show in Chicago on August 28, before heading to New Jersey and California.

Meanwhile, a leading tribute singer claims the Gallaghers’ beloved mum Peggy will “definitely” be watching the Oasis gigs in Dublin which will make it “more special” for them.

Gavin Fleming, who doubles for Liam in the Dublin-based tribute band Live Forever, said she’ll be there “looking out and seeing her two sons back talking together”.

He said: “I can confirm she’s going to be at both [shows]. We have a little source there. She’s going to be at the Dublin shows, looking out and seeing her two sons back talking together. It was a real family feud, so it’s great to see. They’re brothers again, most importantly.”

The Britpop legends, whose parents came to Manchester from Ireland, head to Dublin’s Croke Park next weekend.

Peggy previously said she hoped to be there but was recovering from hip surgery. She also said she was the “instigator” in healing their infamous rift and sparking the reunion.
