Ozzy Osbourne’s cause of death has been revealed after the rock icon passed away age 76.
The legendary heavy metal rocker’s death certificate lists his cause of death as an “acute myocardial infarction” and “out of hospital cardiac arrest”.
The Black Sabbath frontman, who died last week on July 22, was previously diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019.
Not long before he passed away, Ozzy had performed one final farewell gig in his hometown of Birmingham – where he returned in a coffin for a procession through the streets, finishing at Black Sabbath Bridge.

He was later buried by the lake in the grounds of his Buckinghamshire mansion following a private church service with close family, friends and fellow rock legends.
His children attended his funeral, along with his daughter Aimee who is rarely seen in the spotlight. Though his son Jack confessed that he and Aimee are “not close at all”.
Back during their reality TV reign when MTV’s The Osbournes was on screen, Aimee decided not to be a part of it like Jack and Kelly.

During an appearance on the Disrespectfully podcast, Jack shared: “Back then she really wanted to be a musician and the kind of musician she wanted to be was like a Fiona Apple, Mazzy Star, like this kind of obscure, mysterious, moody…and she deemed doing a show on MTV as low-hanging fruit.
“She was like, ‘I’m not going to be seen riding coat-tails,’ kind of thing, that’s how she perceived it.”
He added: “Once the show was hugely successful I think she was kind of like, ‘Well I can’t now come on because I don’t want to be seen even more so as jumping on the bandwagon’. And she dug her heels in and wanted to be relatively private and obscure.”

When asked if his sister Aimee had any regrets over not participating in the hit show, Jack responded: “I’ve never had the conversation with her, we’re not close at all. We don’t have a great relationship, she’ll be the first to tell you that, so it’s no secret.
“I’ve never asked her outright, ‘Do you regret it’. I think there must be a level of like, ‘Hey, my life would have probably been different than what it is if I’d done that’, so I don’t know, I think I would feel like I would have regretted it.”
