Ozzy Osbourne’s former daughter-in-law, Lisa Stelly, has paid an emotional tribute to the rock legend following his passing on Wednesday, July 22, at the age of 76.

Lisa, who was married to Ozzy’s son Jack from 2012 until 2019 and shares three children with him, Pearl, Andy, and Minnie, expressed her grief on Instagram.

The 39-year-old entrepreneur, known for her food decorating business, shared a series of intimate family photos that offered fans a rare peek into their personal moments with ‘The Prince of Darkness’. In her poignant message, Lisa penned: “The world got Ozzy. We got Papa. One of one. Larger than life. It hurts to say goodbye, but what a gift it was to have him. We will never stop missing you.”

The images provided a touching view of their family dynamics, including one of her kids playing with Ozzy and his wife Sharon, another tender moment of Ozzy in bed receiving a kiss from one of the youngsters, and a snapshot of Lisa herself alongside Ozzy.

Ozzy’s death has sent shockwaves through the music world, coming just after he performed his last concert with Black Sabbath. The memorable gig took place at Villa Park in Birmingham, the band’s birthplace, on Saturday, July 5, reports the Mirror.

The Black Sabbath star, who had been battling Parkinson’s disease, was determined to make his final performance at the 42,000-capacity event unforgettable, according to his close mate Steve Jones from the Sex Pistols.

Jones hailed Ozzy as a “pioneer” and reminisced about his sense of humour and the significance of his last concert. Mourning his passing, Jones remarked: “I knew Oz, he was a legend and he was brilliant. It is sad, but I think he was holding on until he got that Aston Villa last show out of it, and I think he just said, okay, ‘I’m ready to go’.”

He added that Ozzy’s quality of life had deteriorated, saying: “So I don’t think he was having any quality of life. Ozzy, I think I would’ve probably wanted to go if my life was physically like his.”

On his SiriusXM radio show, Ozzy discussed his health struggles, stating: “I have made it to 2025. I can’t walk, but you know what I was thinking over the holidays? For all my complaining, I’m still alive.”

He continued: “I may be moaning that I can’t walk but I look down the road and there’s people that didn’t do half as much as me and didn’t make it.”

Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy’s wife and manager, shared with RadioX that he undergoes daily physiotherapy to maintain his muscles, assuring the station: “He’s fine… as fine as you can be with Parkinson’s.”

Ozzy Osbourne’s family, including his widow aged 72 and his four children Kelly, 40, Jack, 39, Aimee, 41, and Louis, 50, have released a heartfelt statement confirming the rock legend’s passing. The statement said: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.”
