Sharon Osbourne forced to ‘process heartbreak publicly’ at Ozzy’s funeral

Ozzy Osbourne’s funeral took place on 30 July and his tearful wife Sharon was spotted with the pair’s children Aimee, Jack and Kelly as they waved goodbye for the final time

Sharon Osbourne was forced to process her sorrow “in a very public space”.

Her husband Ozzy Osbourne’s funeral took place on 30 July, and body language expert Joanne Pearson from British Lie Detector Test UK analysed the former X Factor judge’s tearful appearance in Birmingham alongside her children.

Joanne said: “Sharon Osbourne’s body language revealed a woman utterly heartbroken. Her gaze remained low, her lips tightly pressed, a classic sign of emotional containment.”

“She leaned toward her children throughout, a subconscious need for grounding and comfort. Despite the deep grief etched across her face, she maintained a quiet dignity and strength. Every movement was measured.”

Joanne said that Sharon was “a woman processing intense private sorrow” while in a “very public space”. She was seen for the first time since Ozzy’s death during the funeral procession for her husband.

The ceremony took place on 30 July in his hometown of Birmingham and Sharon was joined by their children Aimee, Kelly and Jack. The group stopped at Black Sabbath Bridge and Villa Park, met with chants of Ozzy’s name and a marching band that performed his hit songs Iron Man and Crazy Train.

At one point, siblings Jack and Kelly leaned on each other for support and Jack was seen whispering something to his sister.

Lipreader Nicola Hickling has revealed what was said during the pair’s sweet exchange – according to Nicola, Jack said ten sweet words to reassure her: “Come on now, Dad wanted us to celebrate his life,” reports the Mirror US.

Ozzy died just weeks after his final performance in Birmingham at the start of July for Back to the Beginning festival.

The event was promoted as the rockstar’s farewell gig and was the first time in two decades that all members of Black Sabbath – Ozzy, Tony Iommi, Bill Ward and Geezer Butler – had performed together.
