Sharon Osbourne in tears as she says goodbye to husband Ozzy at legend’s funeral

Sharon Osbourne has bid her husband Ozzy a final farewell at his funeral.

The Prince of Darkness sadly died on July 22 at the age of 76, just weeks after his epic final show with Black Sabbath at Villa Park in Birmingham. The heavy metal legend had been married to Sharon for over four decades.

And she was there at his funeral procession in Birmingham on Wednesday (July 30) to say goodbye to the man she loved so dearly. Ozzy’s body was driven in a hearse through the streets of his home city, where hundreds of fans had gathered to pay their respects.

Sharon was visibly emotional as she stepped out of the car behind the hearse, supported by her children such as daughter Kelly and son Jack.

Sharon and their kids announced Ozzy’s passing in a heartbreaking joint statement last week. They said: “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning.
