The musician was found “unresponsive” at her home on Wednesday, aged 25.
Her management later confirmed the tragic news in an emotional statement.

The Philadelphia Department of Public Health has now confirmed that her cause of death was “drug intoxication,” with the death being listed as “accidental”.
In a statement, her manager Joh Miller said: “I can regrettably confirm Chynna passed away.
“Chynna was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.”
She had previously been open about an opioid addiction and struggled after her music career began to take off.
While speaking to Vibe in 2017, the musician revealed that she had been sober for three years: “I felt crazy. I didn’t want to be a statistic.
“I didn’t want to go out that way and people be like, ‘I told you so,’ or glamorize it [drugs] because I don’t feel like that.
“It was nerve-wracking to be open, but when you see how many more people who are dealing with the same thing, it’s good to have some kind of example of someone you didn’t expect to be going through it.”
Rogers began her career aged 14 after signing to Ford Models before going on to work with the likes of A$AP Yams.
She shot to stardom as a musician in 2012 thanks to her hit single Selfie, followed by her 2014 hit Glen Coco.
After the news of her death broke, fans instantly took to social media to mourn, with one saying: “Chynna Rogers was a talented young woman, a practising Buddhist, and a star who burned brightly, yet all too fast.”
“May the Young God Chynna Rogers find peace in her transition. May her family hold the memories of love & accomplishment in their hearts, rest easy,” penned a second.
