TikTok is nothing new – a Chinese based video-sharing social network that launched in 2016, but launched worldwide in 2018 after it merged with musical.ly.
It sees users share short videos of up to 60 seconds, usually around 15 seconds, that are often filled with hilarious content or viral trends, including dance challenges and speedy transformations.
Now that people are adjusting to lockdown life because of coronavirus, many people have been getting to grips with the app and joining in on the short bursts of fun – and celebrities are no different.
From viral dance routines, to at-home workouts, hilarious memes to glamorous transformations, a number of famous faces are getting involved.

Supermodel Bella Hadid has more than half a million followers on TikTok and much of her content sees her taking part in dance challenges.
Just like her Instagram, many of her posts involve Bella in skimpy bikinis while busting a move to some of the viral trends that sweep the Internet due to TikTok.

Pop princess Britney Spears has gathered more than 800,000 followers on TikTok and uses the platform much like she uses Instagram.

Aside from that, Emily can be seen in a number of sizzling outfits, showcasing her slender frame and as much of her chest as is allowed on the family-friendly app.

Jennifer Lopez recently went viral with her partner Alex Rodriguez after they did the Flip The Switch challenge.
But the singer has proved more than popular by herself too, clocking up more than 7.8m followers on her verified account.
