Meghan Markle is set to appear on US TV show Good Morning America today.
The show is reportedly airing an exclusive clip of Prince Harry ‘s wife promoting the Disney nature documentary Elephant on Disney+.
Meghan narrates the film, which centres around a herd of elephants on an ‘epic journey’ across the Kalahari Desert.
It was announced back in January that Meghan, 38, had signed a voiceover deal with Disney to benefit the wildlife charity Elephants Without Borders.
Although the film is Meghan’s first completed project since stepping back from her working position in the royal family, she recorded the narration in London last autumn after being approached by the filmmakers – when she was still a senior royal.
Meghan was reportedly inspired to narrate the documentary after becoming “intrigued by the female empowerment” of the animals who she “identified” with, according to its filmmaker.

Vanessa Berlowitz said: “She was absolutely intrigued by the elephants and transfixed, especially by the female empowerment side.
“How important the matriarchs are to the story; it really is all about female leadership. It’s a different form of power – it’s about consensual leadership.”
She continued telling People magazine: “It’s also very inclusive ,as well – very contemporary. She was absolutely fascinated by that.”
Since stepping down as royals, Harry and Meghan have launched their new charity, Archewell.
The pair have also been working behind-the-scenes and keeping in touch with their existing patronages through video calls.
The couple have also been getting to know their new community in LA.
The couple have been seen volunteering with the local non-profit Project Angel Food, and delivering meals to those living with serious illness in West Hollywood.
