Katie Price says she's 'been to hell and back' as she checks into rehab

Katie Price is known for being open, but the trailer for an hour-long special of her show My Crazy Life sees her at her most raw and honest yet.

The mum-of-five is set to invite her loyal fans into her rehab stint, when she checked into The Priory as an inpatient due to severe stress.

Speaking to camera in a self-filmed segment from an empty-looking room, the 41-year-old says that she checked into the rehabilitation centre.

Katie says: “I’ve decided to check in as an inpatient. It’s been something that’s been brewing for a while, there’s only so much I can take as a human being.”

Later on, while speaking to a friend, Katie gives a hint of an explanation as to why she made the decision to reach out for some help.

She says: “Everything just got to me and the only reason I’m still sitting here now is because of my children.”

Speaking directly to camera, the former glamour model says: “I’ve been to hell and back but I’ starting to feel like me again.”

Sadly, she left rehab just as the coronavirus lockdown started, meaning her life couldn’t go back to normal just yet.

Speaking to a friend on the phone, she says: “I’ve come out of the hospital and realising, ‘Where’s everyone gone?’ And everyone has isolated themselves.”

Brunette beauty Katie goes to visit her mum but is forced to speak to her through a glass door, like many people and their loved ones currently have to due to social distancing.

She says: “I can’t even hug my mum, it’s so so sad.”

What makes the situation even harder for Katie is the fact her mum is terminally ill with a lung condition.

Despite her troubles, it seems Katie is coming out of the other side and starting to return to her old self that fans know and love.
