Amanda Holden risks wardrobe malfunction as paper-thin top turns see-through

Amanda Holden has been making the most of her government-approved hour of exercise each day, heading out into the sunshine.

The 49-year-old Britain’s Got Talent star opted for a bike ride this afternoon to pass the time, venturing out in a pair of sporty gym shorts.

Patterned with white piping, the scarlet hot pants showed off her toned pins as she pedalled down the path.

On top, the mum-of-two worked a red and white vest top, patterned with retro “Coca Cola” inspired lettering.

Her blonde locks were ironed straight, falling to her shoulders in glossy layers.
