Britain’s Got Talent hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly joked may want to apologise to Australians before this year’s series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! kicks off, coronavirus lockdown permitting.
The Geordie lads joked that they “hate Australians” on Saturday night’s Britain’s Got Talent audition show, during balloon-maker Ryan Tracey’s performance.
Ryan had previously appeared on the ITV talent show and managed to break a Guinness World Record for making balloon animals while blindfolded.
But the 38-year-old was forced to return after his record was smashed on Australia’s Got Talent, so he hoped to reclaim his title and fight for Simon Cowell’s honour.

Watching from the side of the stage, hosts Ant and Dec scrunched up their faces and joked: “I hate Australians.”
Looking awkward, Dec joked: “I hate Australia, I’m so glad I don’t have to go back there.”
Of course, as it stands, they may not have to go back this year as current coronavirus guidelines have seen international flights come to a halt.

Many television shows – including the next stages of Britain’s Got Talent – are on hold due to social distancing rules.
Regardless, returning to Britain’s Got Talent, hopeful balloon wrangler Ryan managed to smash his world record attempt for a second time.
He managed to shave 10 seconds off the record, completing his balloon animals in just 45 seconds beating his Aussie competitor’s 55 seconds.
Ryan celebrated as soon as his performance was over, however the Guinness World Record had to approve the balloons before confirming he’d beat the record.
But he was allowed to celebrate properly once the adjudication process was over.
He made it through to the second round, but what will he do next?
Britain’s Got Talent continues next Saturday at 8pm on ITV
