Robbie Williams has told Daily Star that he believes he has a “knowing” that the world is “fake”.
The Angels singer had an experience when he was a youngster which made him believe that his life is an illusion.
“I still feel the same, I’m not scared about it,” said the 46-year-old who also says he has a “knowing”, like all-powerful The One played in The Matrix movies by Keanu Reeves.
Robbie, who has insisted he was sober during his reported run-ins with ghosts and UFOs, recalled being able to “astrally project” and float outside his body as a child.

And he has even written lyrics about his body being just an “avatar” like the dream world in The Matrix where humans are used as living batteries by robots.
He said: “My first memory of being a child – we lived in a pub until I was four years old so I can differentiate between my memories – is of astral projection.
“In a dream state floating around the town, that’s my first memory.”

He continued: “I wrote a lyric that went ‘I’m not scared of dying, I just don’t want to.’ It’s from Come Undone.
“This body, Robbie Williams, is an avatar, I say I believe but I think I have a knowing.
“I think I have a knowing, a lot of the time I don’t trust that knowing because we’ve been indoctrinated into the cult of understanding… It’s very seductive and it works. Now, I’m either mad or I know some s**t.”
During his chat with Daily Star Online, the star begged James Bond bosses to let him take on the role of 007 once Daniel Craig hangs up his crime-fighting hat following this year’s No Time To Die.
He said: “I want to throw my hat into the ring and be the next James Bond… but people don’t know what type of range I have got.
“I have range as an actor, this cheeky thing is all an act.
“I am earnest and I seldom crack a smile in real life. I think very deeply.”
