Liam Gallagher finally ends Robbie Williams feud after he branded him 'd***head'

Liam Gallagher reached out to give former nemesis Robbie Williams an olive branch on social media, before dropping another dig at the former X Factor judge.

Back in the day a feud erupted with Robbie Williams after he said Liam’s band Beady Eye “weren’t very good” and that Oasis, “were not famous worldwide”.

And to this day the pair have appeared to have an on and off relationship, but today Liam reached out an olive branch.

Like the star usually does, he tweeted out to his fans good morning and replied to a number of their tweets.

His tweets have got him in a lot of trouble in the past, causing friction with his brother Noel Gallagher after a number of Oasis reunion rumours.

But before Liam Gallagher ended the feud with Robbie, he had to make one last playful dig

One fan he replied to claimed: “Robbie Williams not as cool as you.”

Liam responded: “No ones as cool as me.”

After the fan responded by asking., “what about Jagger?”, Liam replied: “Not a f*****g chance.”

However, later that day Liam returned to his Twitter account to share a sweet message about his old foe after hearing that Robbies’ dad Pete Conway has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.

Reaching out, Liam tweeted: ”Oi Robbie balboa it’s LG I hear you got s*** going down in your fam I’m sorry to hear that love n light going out to your family stay cool and in tune LG x (sic)”

The 46-year-old singer was delighted to receive the message from Liam and took to his own account to admit it ”means a lot” to him.

He replied: ”Brother.that means a lot to me ..Carry on being celestial .the world needs you .Your fan rob [heart emoji] (sic)”

It comes after, back in March, during the early stages of the coronavirus pandemic, Robbie reignited the feud after calling Liam a “d***head”.

Speaking to The Sun, Robbie praised Liam before his comments turned back to savage.

Robbie told the publication: “The thing about Liam is he’s incredible. He’s an incredible singer – proper rock and roller. The world’s a better place for him being in it. He’s iconic.

“Sometimes you have to separate the art from the d***head. And I can do that.”
